Newsletter competition Terms & Conditions

  1. This free prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except for employees of the English Women’s Golf Association, their families, agencies or any other company directly connected with the administration of this promotion.
  2. To enter, sign up for the EWGA e-newsletter, providing your name, golf club and email address. You do not need to buy anything to enter. Closing date for entries is 31 May 2011.
  3. Only one entry per person.
  4. Everyone who has signed up for the e-newsletter by 31 May 2011 will be entered in the prize draw.
  5. The draw will take place within seven days of the closing date.
  6. The winners will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received and will be notified by email or telephone within 72 hours of the actual draw date.
  7. The first prize is a set of custom-fit clubs from the PING Faith series. The second prize is a trip to The Solheim Cup for two people with five nights at D4 Ballsbridge Inn Hotel in Dublin, sharing a twin room; full Irish/buffet breakfast each morning; daily ticket for the 2 practice days and 3 days of The Solheim Cup; entry into the PING Pavilion for each day; daily transfers to and from Killeen Castle. The third prize is a two-night midweek break for two at Champneys Springs, Henlow or Forest Mere. The break will include all meals, full use of the facilities and a massage and facial each. The break is  subject to availability, not available on Saturday nights or at Champneys Tring, guests must be 16 years or over, non-refundable.

  9. The winners are deemed to agree to participate, if asked, in unpaid publicity accompanying or resulting from this draw.
  10. By entering the free prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  11. EWGA will not sell, share or rent your details with any other organsiation.
